Any wholesalers in the Tamp Bay Area?

I liked the bay area, but the idea of owning some property was very appealing so moving to Utah made sense :).

I'm looking to get involved with many types of real estate deals but maybe more specifically for houses to flip in the Bay Area (north bay specifically)!

I am trying to buy a property in the Bay Area and maximize the profitability by renting it on Airbnb.

You'll need to be careful when vetting deals as some properties that look like screaming deals with high cap rates you'll find are in those dodgy areas.Going upscale from there are Central Nanaimo, Diver Lake, Pleasant Valley, Uplands, Departure Bay, Hammond Bay and North Nanaimo, in that order roughly.

He's out of the South Bay area of Los Angeles.

File it in the back of your head if you ever decide to look at REI in any of our core CA markets of SoCal and the Bay Area. 

If anyone is interested in partnering with me, to help me with advice/experience, for a 50/50 split on any deals I find, in and around the Melbourne to Cape Canaveral area (even Palm Bay), then I'd love to hear from you!
