If the loan is at a low rate in this current environment the lender will be heavily incentivized to do exactly this knowing that it could retire a 3% loan and replace it with one at 7%.

Basically, any debt holder from a low-rate environment would not be able to sustain a higher-rate environment, there's always "friendly collateral damage" when gov. is raising the rate and it does occur too often.

Depends on Location.Putting something that informs non-smokers that they can expect a comfortable environment free from the smell of smoke would be ideal, and it could potentially increase the number of customers who choose to frequent the establishment.

Even though, the majority of any group (whether paid or free) still probably doesn't put in the work, just the ratio is a lot better in a paid course but people that would do well off free information would do especially well in a paid environment.
