Even if you aren't going to issue a 1099, I STRONGLY encourage you to get TINs (EINs) for your vendors and document the corporate status of any corporations that you pay.

Maybe 10% with do any thing with it ,, maybe 1 to 2% with actually make what Many are hoping to make and that is 100k plus a year at this.if you have 300 people with no money no credit and not much business experience or savvy pop on to BP  I would say maybe 2 or 3 will actually do anything.. the numbers are the same or less.. because on BP there is no one interacting with you and your free just to kind of go away ...
