I'm just not able to find any reviews on them anywhere. they have advertised their full cycle investment track record in their website.

We get advertisements & infomercials here in San Antonio all the time.

Those folks advertise with direct mail (and other methods) to find motivated sellers of distressed properties.  

I always did my advertising via my Webpage, or newspaper, or rental agencies. 

(Wholesaling can be a gray area here - when wholesaling you are generally selling your own equitable interest in a contract - wholesalers should be careful not to market/advertise properties they don't have an interest in, and some states are cracking down on this).

During the escrow process he places an ad in Craigslist advertising this home for sale for $60,000 for NO MONEY down.  

I get emails from all sorts of wholesalers with some having decent prices and others properties being advertised simply not meeting my criteria and I have convinced myself that I may have to do more rehab than I wanted to do previously.
