I plan on attending my local REIG this month to meet some new people and possible find a mentor.

some "mentors" will let you become a "master member" once you pay $15,000 and attend their 3-day "boot-camp" in Las Vegas.

But I'm hoping to attend the next Cincinnati REIA meeting to try networking and finding other properties off market.

At the landlord meetings I attend down here, most of the investors just have them drive by first then call back if interested.
