@Paul De Luca yeah I have it posted on FB Marketplace but there is soo many "is this available" messages and then no one replies, seems like its been more of a nuisance than anything.I'm hoping once January starts there will be more people moving.

The broker channel has been de emphasized in recent years as the big banks try and squeeze every profit centre.

@Javi De Paz and @Andrew Wong there are a few Bay Area BP meet ups and I would highly recommend attending them.We do live in a higher price point compared to most of the United State, but there are areas within a reasonable drive that can come close to some of the areas out of state.

 Hi Everyone,    Just a few quick questions for everyone in the Columbus Ohio SFH real estate market. 1) Has anyone been to the Delaware County sheriff auction to purchase homes there?

I really like areas like some areas in Delaware County, Fishtown/Olde Kensington and Brewerytown depending on the property I would also consider house hacking.
