I'm DIY right now, but let's be clear: I didn't get into real estate to "press the flesh with tenants" and even now I have a COMPANY that handles the management, and when they meet me, they meet me as a manager and have NO IDEA I own the properties.

You also didn’t mention the new floor that you installed separating and was going to give me contractor info to get fixed but never did (see email dated February 1st), or the broken pipes because it was winterize wrong or the furnace in which you said it was taken care of and wasn’t.
