i'm, starting from scratch. if you're having any hesitancy competing, i wouldn't....all my clients care about is good customer service.learning sales will get you money quicker in closing clients and leasing out units.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to better connect with custom home builders that may buy one-off build ready infill lots, I appreciate it. 

The customer service part of being a landlord is something you have to weigh and how you run your business, I did the books for a 326 unit property, the late fee's were always carried over, and deducted at end of tenancy.

I haven't dealt with too many customers wanting insurance on their investment property since my company was like the others you state and immediately priced out.One thing I would like to know is which program is allowing you to get an ACV policy for your home?

I don't think I'm quite there yet budget wise and it would also be nice to track potential customers/properties that are in the pipeline for purchasing.Let me know if you'd like to talk about software down the road.

I sprayed the entire house from top to bottom, floors and cabinets included and that got rid of the smell.  

I know its a tedious pain in the butt, but its definitely worth it.2- I've urged, begged, and fought customers about the sheen of the wall paint.  

Duty to Inspect - Advised that inspection take place once a year, lease renewalOwner who owned and rented a piece of paved land was sued when a customer buying produce from a man he rented space to, slipped and fell.

Haven't ordered doors for those cabinets yet, but that will be soon.
