Good afternoon everyone I have been investing in a REIT with Fundrise it's sitting at around $10k is this a good platform to invest in as far as real estate investing goes?

For reference: -We manage and maintain all of our properties-We like our tenants to pay online if and when possible but some still pay cash (which has its own perks) -We want to get to 100 units by the end of the year and hopefully to 150-200 by the end of 2022-I like to manage our P&L from the platform but I do not need it to offer bill pay-I do not manage anyone else's properties so I do not need any of that functionality eitherAny feedback or suggestions would be helpful!

Also keep in mind that AirBNB is only one short term rental platform.

First time investor and big supporter of BP and the wealth of knowledge on this platform.

For now I will continue my education, building a team in Las Vegas and figure out how to do a Thought Leadership Platform in an already competitive scene.Thank you for your time!

Has anyone had any success finding deals on these platforms, and what was your process like doing so?

I have not gotten into it too much yet but I actually just started using "Hemlane" its an online PM platform and they have different levels of service. 

I do know agents that have great success with the platform, however more often than not I hear about experiences like yours.
