I have read conflicting information as to the requirements and limitations of a real estate agent being part of an LLC owning rental property.   

That's when I realized he didn't pull permits with the city after telling me he had taken care of the permits.

I felt like they are not legit funders and reading the responses was helpful!

Recently, I've been reading into it and it sounds like something I would consider getting into.

That reads like a fairy tale world.

In cases where I rent a room I just rely on checking they have a professional health care license and a job in the area but that is only because the roommate is my son.
