There is currently no fridge, a rolling (not plumbed) dishwasher that sits next to the stove and limited cabinets/counter space. 

I advise you to take a bunch of meetings, look at some maps, eventually hit up the spreadsheets and see what local Realtors are telling you until it all makes sense.

It's difficult to find properties close to Boston that meet the FHA limits.

I am debating between attempting a BRRRR (using land equity to fund rehab) or a turn-key that would meet the FHA loan guidelines and just get an FHA loan.Any wisdom/guidance is greatly appreciated!

We don’t rent to anyone who has had a bankruptcy within the past year, but outside of that timeframe we will rent to them as long as they meet the minimum credit score.

I am planning to visit Indy later this summer (Aug 6) to meet about 3 of them and start establishing a relationship.

Also, someone that has no problem meeting me at a walk through on a potential property and providing me with a scope of work estimate on site based on your end goals.
