That I know of usually by the time the property has gone or is scheduled for a trustee sale the mortgage holders have already given the owner ample warning and opportunity to bring the loan payments current.

She probably had nervous sellers calling all the time so she was pre warning me.

I have no experience with this product but I will warn you that cat urine and dog urine are two different things when it comes to getting the smell out.
