Yes, retail buyers are all "tire kickers" until they're ready to buy... so I wouldn't discount creating that pipeline of people who you can build trust, credibility, and Authority with now... you'll thank yourself in 8 months :-)But, a few things you can do:1) Build a cash buyers list (usually property investors or end buyers looking for cheap properties they can buy and fix up).
