The thing is that I am tired of the buyer false allegations as she keeps changing them and everytime she changes them its causing me more money on attorney fees and stress.

Yes, retail buyers are all "tire kickers" until they're ready to buy... so I wouldn't discount creating that pipeline of people who you can build trust, credibility, and Authority with now... you'll thank yourself in 8 months :-)But, a few things you can do:1) Build a cash buyers list (usually property investors or end buyers looking for cheap properties they can buy and fix up).
