Tough decision, but either way you need a sit down meeting with the owner to clear this up going forward.IF and I guess that's a big IF    if these are normal C class Ohio rentals.. changing managers will also generally cost U money.. and confusion.. tenants in these assets don't like change once you get them paying leave them alone ..
