@Joshua Guerrero  absorbtion up front cost will kill any park that is built with west coast building standards. you can get by with it out in the mid west deep south were standards are lax compared to what we deal with.but even then what Thomas S. states makes building parks from scratch a non starter.

Is anyone here interested in investing in central/western new york state?

I am looking for some quads in Southside (western way).

Everything so far is on the West Coast for me.  

So see now why there is such a huge wholesaler community out in those areas.. compared to here on the West coast.

In my opinion, flipping is tough here unless you are in the north and/or western part of delaware county where values can support a solid ARV.

We have just done this with investors from Norway and New Zealand.I would suggest the west coast of Florida (Tampa)...

So many variables in this.....I am putting about $100-$110/ft in mine, but I am on the opposite coast. 

Not so sure I want to "start" in NYC, maybe "start" elsewhere (east coast?)
