Reaching out to a few is definitely a part of my homework for this week. 

A weekly phone call/email is nothing, and it lets them know you're staying on top of them.

@Andrew Postell @Jorge Ruiz, 1) what would prevent someone from acquiring, say, 10 houses in a single year by recycling the same initial all-cash-purchase money 10 times with this strategy of having your own LLC provide your mortgage and getting that existing mortgage refinanced by a bank within days or weeks of purchasing?

I sent our contractor out and he also couldn’t find it.The seller has only actually owned the property for like a week so they know nothing about it.

I within the last week received approval on a HELOC based upon strategies I have heard on the podcast with the intention of trying to flip a home and get my real estate career started. 

I paid $125 a few weeks ago.$250 to remove debris is excessive. should be included in the landscaping / house cleaning charge.$495 for paint touch up?
