Anyone interested in meeting up the last week of March?  Q1 is nearly done.  One of my 2018 goals was to meet at least 2 other investors a week and I have so far failed in that.

I'll share about how 1 leaky toilet cost me nearly $4,000 and other multifamily craziness .

@Dave Crussel.  I am Green when it comes to Real Estate. I am looking for a Mentor.  Someone I can bounce things off of.  I am meeting with an agent tomorrow to talk about unloading my house I purchased for a discount.  I have So So many questions.  From finding contractors that will show up, finding funding to complete the house or cut my losses and move to the next one.
