6% real estate agent or $300 Flat Fee Transactional Broker?
19 January 2017 | 67 replies
however that's the publics choice of what agent to use.... if they want to hire the rookie go for it.. if they want to find an experienced agent they can do that.the bigger agents now a days have teams.. head agent with years experience and 3 to 5 members of their team.. ( which I think is a great incubator for those starting out by the way)In my real estate companies over the years... 10 to 15% of agents brought in 70% of the revenue. 50% washed out within 25 months.. however those that made it through and built their book at about year 10 its gets to be silly money and silly easy ( like my wife) all business is referral she has not spent a dime on advertising in 15 years.. and she has 25 years in the business.

I found a corroded drain hidden in a basement bedroom
5 January 2023 | 10 replies
If you successfully "seal" it, any backups due to blockage anywhere from the main floor all the way to the street will then eventually be forced to rise to your main floor toilet, showers, and sinks...before spilling out (or, if you have a washing machine standpipe in the basement, that will back up first).

Do you buy Leads?
26 April 2023 | 3 replies
It requires one who has a well oiled, time tested "machine" because those "leads" are just Opportunities, and they only translate into $$$$ is handled in a very precise, action-centric manner that turns them into such.
