I travel when I want and don't see the occasion text as an issue. 

Hello all, I'd like to get some basics out of the way but I'm hoping for some feedback for my first potential deal.23yo$140k gross incomeI'm a traveling utility foreman 20% work in eastern OR 80% western WA$24k savings$30k stocks which I plan to sell in a few months (2nd market scare from COVID-19)$12k I can borrow from ROTH IRA$7k if i refinance my travel trailer 3.5% (paid off)$60k of credit linesI found the deal through a friend's mom who's a property manager.

I know networking and meeting people would not be as possible via a virtual setting, but it would help make everything more accessible to people who maybe aren't able to spare time/money to travel. 

Cities offer so much in the way of jobs and entertainment, and a lot of people aren't willing to add to their travel times, especially if they don't have a car.

Are you in an area where you have a lot of nomadic travelers who want something a little more homey than a hotel?

Typically summer is the low season in SoFL, but because of the pandemic and people being quarantined for so long, my listings are being bombarded with inquiries; people want to travel and vacation and they're willing to pay for it!

And since you'll be taking title, you can renovate to improve, convert it to a short term rental (once people start traveling again), BRRRR, whatever exit plan you choose. 

So i can see these same corps creating travel housing.. same concept.

Ive travelled to the area a few times and it seems very nice.
