For me the ability to force appreciation quickly in a high appreciation market is the whole point of owning real estate instead of other truly passive, lower risk investment vehicles.

Hey guys,I need some help.My partner and I are working on the rehab of a house whose backyard faces the exit of a highway.Luckily at the point, where the house is located, the noise from the highway is not very loud as there is a considerably smaller flow of vehicles taking that exit of the highway.In order to block the view (and sound) to the highway exit and maintain some privacy, I am considering planting fully grown-up trees.Has anyone here done that before?
