I'm in need of a Mentor that would like to teach me in and outs of the Real Estate Trade...

I currently am an aircraft mechanic by trade and take great joy in it, however i have gained interest in Real estate in the past few months.

I am a project manager for a remodeling company in Washington DC, and have the knowledge and experience in the construction/trades field.

If not, you should have an attorney draft a solid assignment agreement and not try to muddle through language yourself as the consequences can be severe. 

The trade off is that you get into an LA property with only $30k down- not an easy thing to find in CA!

My day trade is in IT as a systems engineer.

The real major issue is that most of the broker-dealers clearing trades automagically do not support foreign trade clearing right now.  

So I guess the moral of the story is the bigger you get the harder it can be to trade up, especially when the whole world is chasing yield. 

And the only reason that is, is because I've spent thousands of dollars as well as many months testing and refining the filters that work for me and my other investor clients and would be basically giving away trade secrets for every other investor in my and my client areas to use and drive the price up for our adverts.

There are also more negatiive tax consequences about flipping as oppossed to holdding.
