This paranoid illusion that there will be halving of housing prices in MN has as much chance of happening as ET coming down to hand out the cure for covid-19 and then throwing out the 1st pitch at TCF stadium, there is as much data to support 1 as the other.

I'm trying not to throw away those leads, since at least they do seem like real sellers, and MLS inventory is so low, but it's obviously harder to make money off of those, and it's more of a marketing effort since we have to go to agents to see if they have regular homebuyers, and/or to investors who just want some passive income from a turn-key home, which I don't have a ton of those types of buyers, yet.

Lop on top of that tax savings of paying no taxes on that money, and then throw on appreciation...that you can use to pull out as a line of credit or a cash out refinance.
