Every agency is different but I haven't come across a broker who isn't willing to add talent to his/her team.

They can also hook you up with  the team you will need to put a rehab together.

Team members and referrals can come from the local REIA'sLocate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info.

The best thing you can have in place is a bullet proof lease and a legal team with teeth. #3 Be firm but fair.

Over the next month I will be getting started flipping rehabbed homes with my mentor and team in the Oakland County and Metro Detroit area.
