Is their a good book or video that teaches you what to look out for throughout the building process to ensure the sub contractors are doing their jobs properly?

Seems like all the people teaching this game just say hey go get contracts signed then that's it you can market the property and forget to even mention basics like these.

Try "What Every Real Estate Investor Needs to Know About Cash Flow" by Frank Galinelli who teaches at Columbia in its graduate RE program.

It mainly teaches the concepts of using money to make money.

We have really grown our businesses and now my wife is looking to retire from her teaching job here in the near future.
