Mobile home parks have some surprising value-adds as well. 

@Seth Nadreau I was really wondering if this happened to anybody else, just blew my mind how I walked into the surprise.  

I entered a max bid of $30k and watched the bids quickly increase to $9000, and then, surprise!

I have used this one to very nice affect:http://www.glidden.com/Color/Paint-Colors/Yellows/...In large rooms with plenty of natural light, it comes off as a nice creamy and surprisingly neutral color.  

I have been surprised by what all Wells Fargo will do as a large bank. 

I am surprised that Airbnb is only housing the couple until they fix up the mess but not sure if they will cover the damages.

And you would be surprised how much traffic you can get if you diligently work craigslist.

However, a bank would do a Phase 1 environmental in order to assure that physical integrity is up to standards and no surprises.

I was surprised but his argument seemed to be sound.
