I have a house which I bought on a line of credit (low interest rate, but tied to LIBOR).

All my rentals are insured by providers than I’d never heard of before I bought rentals.

Hello Omaha members,I just bought the book "The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs" and hoping to learn as much as possible about getting the numbers right for a property.

I bought a property for 51K put 20% down and got a mortgage for 40.8K fixed 5.5% over 30 years.

I bought the property in Las Vegas in 2009.

Several other smaller banks seem to have been bought out during the crisis, so I'm struggling to find any others to even reach out to.

I am currently living in my SF home that I bought 5 years ago before my wife and I got married and before REI changed my world!

Bought a very out of date home for $230k and virtually ripped the house apart and remodeled everything.  

My wife bought a condo right before the real estate crash in 2008.  

I'm moving into a lower income neighborhood where there are corner stores in between houses and folks sitting on their stoop during working hours, and the crime is lower there than the city I live in with 500K homes and horse farms.
