Hello All,For many of us we are familier with certain metrics used to evaluate deals in asset classes such as Multi-Family, Self Storage, Mobile Home etc. when vetting a deal and a sponsor. 

There is a huge demand for large rv/boat storage at the Lake of the Ozarks.

-Are Contractor Garages a good option to add to a storage facility/what is the typical square footage per capita needed?

We do self storage.  

I have a mini-storage deal that ballooned a couple of years ago and we had to kick in a pile of cash to do the refi.A short sale will hurt, but it will hurt less than foreclosures.

I have a Home in the city of Compton that has a storage unit in the back where I am trying to convert to a ADU for rental income.

Nevertheless, assuming all factors being equal, I would argue that self storage has a greater variance in asset classes.
