Currently the property has tenants, there leases run out at end of September for unit B and end of October for unit A.  

We're in need of an ace closing coordinator: Someone who can take us from A-B and B-C contracts all the way to completed closings with our preferred closing attorney, handling everything in between.I believe this person needs to be local to Atlanta, rather than virtual.

This mystery tenant does (like me) like nice, shiny, stainless steel appliances.
