I'm not a tax specialist, but am dealing with this currently. 

If you aren't compelled to get a specialist, mold is relatively easy to address properly.

I am not sure if they are considered investors specialists but great for the deals that I have done with them.

Any GP team should have a MINIMUM of 10% skin-in-the-game of their CE (common equity) into the deal.

If I put more money in the deal, and have more skin in the deal, I expect to get more3) If I am responsible for a way more difficult role when it comes to responsibilities ... example, if I am in charge of motivated selelr lead generation, and the other guy is just closing the deal... getting motivated seller leads is far more difficult requires far more skill, and is far more important than their ability to close the deal.
