If I put more money in the deal, and have more skin in the deal, I expect to get more3) If I am responsible for a way more difficult role when it comes to responsibilities ... example, if I am in charge of motivated selelr lead generation, and the other guy is just closing the deal... getting motivated seller leads is far more difficult requires far more skill, and is far more important than their ability to close the deal.
