Virtual REIA Group for Atlanta Area Investors?

Hi all! 

I'm originally from Atlanta (Senoia/Peachtree City area) but currently based in Maui, HI for work. I'm looking to invest long distance in Atlanta and am hoping to get connected to some other ATL investors. Does anyone know of "virtual" REIA groups or similar virtual events for Atlanta investors? I'd love to be a part of it if so!

 Hi @Matt Buck & @Michael Dumler, great to connect with you both and love to see an Atlanta conversation. 

My wife and I are new to real estate investing, but not metro Atlanta. I grew up in Gwinnett County in the Norcross/ Peachtree Corners area and she grew up in Cobb County in the East Cobb area.  We now reside in Marietta.  

We are looking to build our network in the community by connecting with agents, lenders and contractors. We are exploring properties now and hope to acquire our first rental property as early as December or possibly into Q2 of 2023. 

@Matt, happy to help as I physically in the area.  Please feel free to ping me if I you need someone with boots on the ground.
