At the time I thought if they are masking one problem that I discovered, then what other problems may be lurking undetected?

Simply because I don't want to tie myself up paying off a loan for the next 5 years and would like to continue investing in other opportunities.  

This whole thing is seriously just the beginning and it may turn out to be something that just simply doesn't work out but I feel it is a direction to take and a vision to follow.

My other motivation for becoming a realtor was simply to be a part of an industry that is constantly changing and evolving to meet the needs of both buyers and sellers.
