The other soft spot of the market are class A condos in downtown Denver.

My weak spot right now is not have a track record in operating a deal (it’s the first thing these investors want to know).

I do have that spot mentioned where I could stick it.

I don't know that my CPA or the guy working at H&R Block at the mall is going to be an expert in spotting photoshop editing.

I've never been busier working in my entire life..Seems like a great time to start a rehab, because if you're ready by that sweet spot at the end of the summer, you'll be in prime position to take advantage of top-of-the-market rent rates and resale values, especially with the extra pent-up demand from Covid.

I definitely see the importance in being very selective with which deals I send out to potential buyers.

All the other info above is spot on however as a more seasoned officer now, I think trying to focus on tech school and active investing might be too much.
