To get contact info you can take that mailing address and plug it into a free website like truepeoplesearch and select the name that matches the owner.

You may want to select the agents that will be quoting yourself.

I work with contractors and homeowners in selecting materials, finishes, paint, etc. and doing spaceplans, renderings and custom designs for homes.

I get in your situation you have to pay it, but the point being that if you select a property that doesn't have those things, all that extra money goes to you.

If I could find a decent sales agent or two, those numbers would be significantly higher but I'm stuck doing most the work myself so I don't even market sales because I can't handle the extra business.If I were in a different market and starting over, I would be very selective in the number / type of properties managed.
