New home buyer in the Philadelphia suburbs

Brandon P.
Posted

Hey everybody. I'm just starting to dip my toes into the real estate market / home buying process after living in apartments for the last 10+ years. Right now I live in the suburbs of Philadelphia, but plan on moving away to a warmer climate and (hopefully) a lower cost of living area within the next 5 years.

I'm hoping to use these forums and the resources here to buy a fixer upper within the next 6 months that I can slowly work on over a few years and either sell or keep as a rental property!
