Im looking forward to meeting people who have been in real estate investing in Los Angeles, specifically in the San Fernando Valley.I recently became a homeowner as a result of my dad signing our property to my mom and I, and am looking into advice/guidance as to what my next step should be.

I wanted to get guidance on what will be a respectable way to approach this type of lead.

I enjoy design, landscaping and seeking out properties. 

This is my first time seeking contractors or doing a renovation so it's a bit frustrating.I figured the renovations at $5K for one unit, and $1.5K on the other, but I'm no contractor.

She is seeking to pull out at least $50K or up to $70K.

Hi Serena, I highly recommend taking the course in person as you'll complete it faster, and, as others have mentioned, you will retain more as you will receive real life examples and in many cases will get guidance as to what to expect on the school and state exams.
