Hi,  I am working on a project to offer fractional real estate investments through a Reg A+ Series offering and need to connect with a securities broker who might be interested in brokering my securities.What might be the best way to locate people who have a Series 7 license and who are also interested in fractional real estate investments?

It is hard for me to imagine a location where the house sells for 600k and the location is bad.

Without knowing it’s exact location it would be hard for me to give great advice although I can assume by price, it’s probably eastern Baltimore county (Dundalk,Middle river Essex area) I’d probably 1031 into a better property somewhere else in the state.

What areas have you found in the last 2 years that are having an explosion of rents do to growth and lack of supply ?

The prior owner did not secure a rental license or a certificate of occupancy for the property.

Quick response to firefighters (located in a suburban area of Columbia, SC)   Still, the renovations, claim filing, and hassle wasn't fun.  

It was not the best location and a lot of challenges.

I am now looking into getting into the MTR space as I feel that it is more secure financially & less of a headache as I scale.

For those in the area with experience do you have an opinion or guidance as to the best performing location, Holden, Ocean Isle or Oak Island?
