How to connect with a Series 7 license holder / RIA / Securities Broker

Hi,  I am working on a project to offer fractional real estate investments through a Reg A+ Series offering and need to connect with a securities broker who might be interested in brokering my securities.

What might be the best way to locate people who have a Series 7 license and who are also interested in fractional real estate investments?

Thank you for your feedback in advance.

Have you been on LinkedIn to identify?

You need someone independent.  They are all FINRA licensed and have stipulations on what they can and can't market and sell.  They need to be able to offer Private Placements.

Have you looked at some of the Crowdfunding platforms online to market your offering?  There are several real estate platforms.
