That's the most ideal place to be for the season but that's it.

Nothing illegal, just let it sit in your bank account and "season".

If there was a deal in there,  seasoned investor would have nabbed it already.

New laminate wood flooring downstairs and carpet upstairs; refinished kitchen and bathroom cabinets and counters.

Oddly enough, I'm in your next of the woods this week for vacation with the family. lol  I'm looking forward to seeing your success in Destin -- maybe you won't bash my turf as much on BP 😂

I expect this could last for many months and for tenants who  lose their entire spring/summer busy season, I imagine they may not be able to pay rent or full rent for the rest of the year. 

I am looking for tips and advice from seasoned landlords about how they found a good handyman, problems they have with bad ones in the past so I can avoid repeating those mistakes, and how I can be a valuable member of someone's team.So far I have only given out flyers at this month's REIA meeting, which was poorly attended due to COVID 19. 

I can't let this season fly past me.  

The upside is this looks like it has seasonal time frame.  

From personal experience many seasoned investors, lenders, who were around for other economic downturns of the past will still be pursuing deals as it comes down to will you make the decision to take the available opportunities with the risks on the table or play it safe and not.
