He was so cheap that I never felt guilty about paying him while I screwed off (or did deeper repairs).I can do my own roof (no one better) and despite being 60 if I were to do a 1000 sq ft rehab this month I'd do my own roof.If you're short of time, and MISSING DEALS because you're doing scut work maybe it's time to hire it out.

I want to think that they are genuine, but I also don't want to get screwed before I even get out of the gate.

I am of the opinion that most Realtors screw up more deals than they make.

Salesman, industrial products; nuts, bolts, screws, hydraulic hose and fittings, tools etc.

I know that sounds bad (retribution), but they royally screwed me over and for them to just leave and not pay and get away with it is not something I'm happy with.

Any suggestions or am I flat screwed?
