I have a feeling since my primary business is real estate ownership and rental income (own 44 sfh) they may have pushed me down to 60%.How did your loan turnout?

Any thoughts or advice on how to get a successful business to the next level from someone that either developed a team or bit the bullet and hired someone to push them to the next level?

If there are no escape clauses and the wholesaler has the ability to close, I doubt you would get any push back from the commission what so ever.

The emotion is strong and deeply rooted and not unique to the area.

You seem to have the goal in sight and pushing the right buttons.

Oftentimes, you'd be surprised at how easy it is to just say "no" to their unreasonable requests, and if you stand firm with that, they won't push it much.

Experience teaches us the concepts from the realities.0 or little down even though it is pushed today was more prevalent back in 2008 to 2011 when markets were frozen and just coming back.

Getting all your tenants up to market will take time and will likely produce some turnover, though.You'll need more local data to see what it would take to push the value up.
