Well, the idea of getting rich in days with no money down, and no credit; dropping out of college, never working for anyone but myself, and being able to retire before my career ever starts are some reasons that are on the list.

This would seriously harm you if you were leveraged.Again if you really consider this (hyper-inflation and resulting complete breakdown of society) to be an eminent threat, you should be investing in some land to "bug-out" to and learning how to survive the collapse of civilization as we know it.As a rule, inflation makes the rich richer and the poor poorer and decimates the middle class.

I think its a lot of people get in thinking it is a fast way to riches, and when they realize it is just as hard if not harder to build this business than any other business they move on to next venture.

I’ve been reading recommended rei books; rich dad poor dad, cash flow quadrant, think and grow rich etc, attended a few reia meeting so far and soaking up as much BP podcast, forums and articles as I can!

Thanks Rich for the link.Since I think I'm going to likely have to end up burying the pipe under the patio and garage concrete , what would you expect to pay a plumber for something like this?
