Although I have watched real estate videos/tutorials for beginners on several different platforms, I am clueless about what this will be like and what I should be focusing on in order to build my success in real estate.I was hoping if anyone could give me feedback on where to really start if I want to earn income working as real estate agent, and to invest that money in building my wealth by flipping houses, or investing in rental properties.

If you prefer videos there are probably lots out there as well.Networking - Easier said than done with Covid 19 restrictions, but there are a lot of high quality discussions on this forum. 

My goal is to have my first rental property by the time I am 25, but before I am trying to read, listen to podcasts and watch videos on REI and the endless possibilities that real estate has to offer.

I was watching a video and the woman mentioned the importance of including lease termination language in the rental application.

We do use pics and videos and they are helpful most times.

I thought I saw a video that Brandon T. partnered on many deals with his partner fronting the down and he would carry the loan and liabilities.
