Class B tenants usually do not have much in the way of financial reserves; family will often cover rent if the tenant finds themselves in a pinch.Your Class A SFH may appear to be less work initially, but is it only because LLs tend to place a tenant and then ignore the house, as long as the rent checks keep coming?
