hi well im not here for the real state thing but instead im here to ask a question, two years ago i had a central air system installed in my house, i had te actual air machine and the evaporater cabinet replaced but not the ducts.

If you consider that replacing the furnace he has now, from the 1950's, is really just a capital expense that probably should have already been done, he's probably recapturing those costs in a little over a year (for the added cost of the AC unit).
