My properties are Class C properties.

The house will surely continue to appreciate while I either rent out the property or Airbnb it. 

I am looking to begin my family’s real estate investing journey in the next 1-2 years as we save up for the purchase.

I suppose it is possible to do it yourself but do you really want to close on a property without title insurance?  

However, we are now looking into renting the property (single family home).

Husband and I are purchasing a property as our private residence that also has a small cottage on it we plan to STR.
