But my plan is to pay off what’s left to own it free and clear and do seller financing. my plan is to offer 15 or 30 years at a normal rate that someone could get from the bank at time of closing.

They will ask you to fill out 1-2 pieces of paper, and they will probably send you a 1099 at the end of the year, but that should not be a big concern usually.I try and help my tenants out whenever I can if they can get free money.
