I use the Capital One QuickSilver for everyday use 1.5% back, Lowes Credit Card gives you 5% cashback if you are rehabbing and special financing of up 24 months interest free (You have to catch the promotion at certain times).

And since many here (not all, by any means) are participating in order to promote their businesses or make business connections, it is in their best interest to be friendly. 

The answer is it depends.It depends on the location and what might attract people to your property, amenities, competition, your purchase price, how well you take pictures and furnish the property, how active you are in promoting the property, having a good support staff (mainly excellent cleaners/s).

Zoning bills are frequently passed to promote new housing and development but there are plenty of neighborhoods in Philadelphia that have seen a rise in demand where the the zoning is more restrictive. 

Ironically, they also gave me $168 as a promotional offer for a new host referral. 

Kind of like the lenders that make post on “the cost of waiting to buy.” it makes sense for those that get perks on promoting something to promote it.

Not only is the business full of scammers, it's full of people who swallow the "method" hook, line and sinker, to promote the method thinking they are assisting others.

I'm tired of the exaggerated view of financial freedom a lot of books seem to promote.
