I do feel that the best way to accelerate your progress in any area of RE, as well as other business ventures, find the field or niche that you want to become proficient in, and find someone that is doing it.  

I'd love to know how things are going as you make progress  toward your goal.

Being only 22 when I did my first wholesale deal, needless to say there were multiple things causing me to stop in my tracks and keep me from progressing forward.

I hope to make my own contributions as I make progress in real estate.

I just moved to Fl 10 months ago and I am just starting (I've done one flip and I have one in progress).
