Sounds like this truly came from a place of altruism, but it's also nice that there are some clear business benefits - A) it will easily produce positive cash-flow and B) this will almost certainly increase the value of your "brand" in the community.I'm curious though, what are the tax implications of this? 

Hello, fellow BP members I have a question to the not so top producers is it work BP premium if you do not have the reviews like the top producers in your area?

For example, a 1% ratio in TX may produce less cash flow and ROI than another market with a lower rent ratio.
