@Joshua McMillionYes, PMI is required on any Conventional loan when the LTV is higher than 80% (less than 20% equity).PMI can be borrower-paid monthly (that's what most people know about).There is also an option for single premium (paid in 1 lump sum upfront, instead of monthly).Also the PMI can be lender-paid by increasing the interest rate and the lender can pay for it using a single premium instead of the borrower paying it.

Again, I know what the books and programs say, there wrong in this market today in the NW, multi's are at uber premium because novice persons are pricing it up over feasibility.

The higher the deductible the lower your overall premium but get quotes on all the deductibles you are interested in.

Many of the sites show the exact product they are using so you can just order it up.I am not saying it wouldn't work, but you would have to charge a premium.
